The Pacific Rim Sustainable Development Association, in collaboration with Oita University, National Taiwan University, and National Sun Yat-sen University, is pleased to announce the upcoming Roundtable Forum as a part of Collaboration Project for Kyushu-Okinawa Open University & University Academic Alliance in Taiwan, which will be held at Oita University in Oita, Japan, on February 20, 2025.

This important event will bring together experts and scholars from Taiwan and Kyushu-Okinawa to discuss the critical issues surrounding sustainable development and green transformation in the context of regional economic and environmental challenges. The forum aims to foster collaboration across borders and provide insights into the intersection of economic theory, environmental policies, and industry practices.

  • Speakers: Akio Kawasaki (Oita University), Kuo-Chun Yeh (National Taiwan University), and Chyi-Lu Jang (National Sun Yat-sen University).
